I became a psychologist because I understood, early on, that the mind needs as much care as the body - and that most people go through their hardest moments without a safe place to put the weight down.

During my training, I worked with people navigating anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, and deep emotional exhaustion. What I noticed wasn't just their pain - it was how much relief came simply from being truly heard without judgment, without being rushed toward an answer.

That experience shaped everything I do. I realized people don't always need fixing. They need a space that's genuinely theirs - to slow down, to think out loud, and to reconnect with what they actually want and feel.
